With these words ("Let's go!") Yuri Gagarin begins his space flight on Wednesday April, 12 1961 and officially starts his myth.
In order to rememeber this hero we want to enter the big internet universe with a site dedicated to him, the same day after 49 years. 

Our contribution is so small if compared to the man who first saw the earth from so far and gave to all the people his experience. Alexei Leonov - the first man to walk in the sapce - once said about him: "Yuri Gagarin deserves to be called Earth's Son (...)the space flights are risky and dangerous, and Gagarin was the first one to face this challenge. He took the first, decisive step into the space".
This web site is our contribution that lights up as a new star in the universe of the memory where Gagarin shines.
 

Gagarin's greetings to Italy

"I wrote 'my warmest greetings to the 'L'Unità companions'. These words have been published in Rome".

This is how Gagarin writes in his autobiography, remembering when he was flying to Prague. We can be once again witnessess of this fact, thanks to the Italian newspaper L'Unità that's been keeping this autograph in its archives from April 1961.
